You may need to uninstall one or both of these:
Method 1:
Install KB5001649

Method 2:
Check if a printer has direct printing enabled, look in the Attributes field to see if it has 'Direct':
rundll32 printui.dll,PrintUIEntry /Xg /n "printername"
If it doesn't have it, listed, run this.
rundll32 printui.dll,PrintUIEntry /Xs /n "printername" attributes +direct
You MIGHT have to reboot for this to take effect.
Method 3:
wusa /uninstall /kb:5000802
wusa /uninstall /kb:5000808
In my experience, you will only have one installed. Reboot when it is finished.
