I have been using Ninite to do this easily, check the programs you want to install, and it does it quickly.

Microsoft has developed a command line tool Winget to do this same thing. It isn't installed directly into Windows yet, but should be soon. Once it is, a simple batch file can install common needed software easily.

Update all programs:
winget upgrade --all
