eScreen / FormFox not working with ePad Signature Capture
November 29, 2023

For Chrome/Edge/Firefox: *This is not working yet, needs modified*
1: Install .NET 3.5 in Windows
2: Install SDK from https://epadlink.myshopify.com/pages/sigcaptureweb
3: Install this extension for Chrome or Edge:
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/epadlink-sigcaptureweb-sd/idldbjenlmipmpigmfamdlfifkkeaplc

Test in Edge and Chrome:
https://c3.autoslm.net/sandbox/esign/testesign.cfm

It appears that escreen.com and escreen123.com both require Microsoft Edge to be ran in IE mode to work.
1: Open Edge
2: Click on hamburger menu, then Settings
3: Click on "Default Browser"
4: Enable "Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode"
5: Restart Edge.

Next, go to escreen.com, then click on hamburger menu, then "Reload in Internet Explorer Mode". Click the popup and enable the option to do this next time. Repeat for escreen123.com.

It appears that this is not needed for FormFox.com, but if you have trouble then try enabling it.

Ensure the ePad driver is installed:

You can install the Google Chrome extension here: ePadLink SigCaptureWeb SDK Extension

This site is meant to be used as a reference for myself, although others may find it useful. I use it to keep track of certain fixes, software, and other solutions which I may need while assisting customers. The page layout is pure HTML/CSS and is kept simple to optimize loading time and fast results.
