VVX450 Phone Setup using Dialpad or some other providers

From UC software to Obi 6.4.3.10072:
Tested from UC 6.4.3.5814 and 6.4.1.2280, Utilities --> Software Upgrade, Custom Server

After 5 minutes, it should now be upgraded.

Configure VVX450 for RingCentral:

Run a UC version of firmware
Disable ZTP if needed.
Set provisioning server to HTTPS mode, server:
pp.ringcentral.com/pp
username and password blank
Save and reboot


Configure VVX450 Phone for Dialpad:
Starting from UC firmware:
Login to phone via browser to it's IP.
Default password is 456
Utilities --> Software Upgrade
Install Obi 6.4.5 firmware from this URL, select the target version of firmware you want.

Install Google Workspace Voice Obi:
Install Obihai firmware from https://support.google.com/a/answer/9311828?hl=en (put in link to XML file in config, phone will then prompt to update using it).

From Obi firmware 6.4.3.10037 to 6.4.3.10072:
Login to phone via browser to it's IP.
Username/password: admin/admin
System Management --> Device Update
Download this XML file and upload it to the phone:

Connect using new IP address in browser, now use admin/admin

Reset to factory defaults

Set up provisioning server using:

Request Polycom transfer ZTP to a new provider.
For Poly phones, email Poly’s ZTP support (ztpinfo@poly.com) to request a transfer of the device’s MAC address to RingCentral. To bypass the ZTP process for Poly phones, you can use assisted provisioning.
