Create a new root user called sa2
Run all of these from an admin command prompt, not powershell.
net stop MSSQL$SQLEXPRESS
net start MSSQL$SQLEXPRESS /m"SQLCMD"
sqlcmd -S .\sqlexpress
CREATE LOGIN sa2 WITH PASSWORD='klajsdflksf'
GO
SP_ADDSRVROLEMEMBER sa2,'SYSADMIN'
GO
exit
net stop MSSQL$SQLEXPRESS
net start MSSQL$SQLEXPRESS
